(AP) – A 4.4-magnitude earthquake shook the Philippine capital Tuesday but no damage or casualties were reported. “We expect possible aftershocks but no damage,” Renato Solidum, director of the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, told Radio DZBB.
