(via Inquirer) MANILA — Two senators on Sunday chided Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez over his unsolicited advice to Chief Justice Artemio Panganiban to shun social gatherings if only to avoid contact with powers that-be who could otherwise influence the Supreme Court’s ruling on pending cases.
